Submitting an inquiry does not establish eligibility or guarantee a recovery, timeline, or outcome. Eligibility, timing, and outcomes depend on the individual matter.
Fees
C&J does not charge an upfront recovery fee and is paid only when funds are successfully recovered. Complete recovery-fee terms are explained before a client agrees to move forward and remain subject to the client agreement.
